Adulting doesn’t come with a manual—but this course is the next best thing. In eight interactive sessions, you’ll learn practical mental health skills to handle stress, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in the everyday challenges of work, dating, family, social media, and more. Each week gives you simple tools you can actually use—like mindfulness, conflict resolution, and habit-building—while also helping you see the bigger picture of who you are and what drives your choices. It’s not about quick fixes; it’s about building lasting confidence and agency so you can create a life that feels aligned with your goals and values. If you’re ready to move from just “figuring it out” to actually thriving, this course is for you.
