Kenna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MN #3598) and holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is an AAMFT, Minnesota Board of MFT and Minnesota BBHT approved supervisor. She received Bachelors and Masters degrees in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
Kenna's background includes parish ministry and hospital chaplaincy. She has been in private practice since 2016. Her clinical interests include adults seeking support for anxiety, couples desiring to improve their communication and conflict patterns, as well as parents seeking understanding and connection with their adult children. Kenna utilizes several modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, DBT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy.
Outside of the office, you can find Kenna traveling the highways and byways of St. Paul with her husband, Pat, and their seven chatty children.
Fees
Sessions with Kenna are $160 per hour. Making therapy affordable is a priority and if the full fee poses financial hardship, an income-suggested sliding fee scale is available. Please contact Kenna for more information about this option. Payment may be made by cash, check or major credit card.

We can provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for receiving out-of-network benefits; we cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance. To offer you privacy and simplicity, we accept HSA/FSA credit cards, accept all major credit cards, as well as cash or checks. Please check with your insurance provider to find out the portion of session fees they cover if you use out-of-network benefits. All clinicians offer a sliding fee scale for those in financial need. Please contact your clinician to discuss your options.
