Nathan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 10 years of experience as an outpatient therapist. He received his master’s degree in Psychology – Counseling from Bethel University. He is excited to incorporate his Catholic faith into counseling. He has found that the most positive transformations occur when sound psychological theory merges with the spiritual beliefs we pledge to follow. Nathan believes strongly in deeply understanding one’s God-given personality, which faithfully points to healthy ways of happily living in accordance.
Nathan has worked with adults of all ages dealing with various mental struggles, couples, children 12 and up, and has been toying with the idea of starting a young men’s support group. He has utilized a fairly eclectic mix of modalities but has always been rooted in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). At his previous clinic Nathan became known for his work with men, especially those struggling with anger and relationship difficulties.
Nathan lives in Oakdale with his wife and five children. On a typical day you would see the adventurous family growing thousands of flowers, throwing a baseball around, and climbing all over their way too official ninja warrior obstacle course.
Fees
Sessions with Nathan are $160 per hour. Making therapy affordable is a priority and if the full fee poses financial hardship, an income-suggested sliding fee is available. Please contact Nathan for more information about this option. Payment may be made by cash, check or major credit card.

We can provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for receiving out-of-network benefits; we cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance. To offer you privacy and simplicity, we accept HSA/FSA credit cards, accept all major credit cards, as well as cash or checks. Please check with your insurance provider to find out the portion of session fees they cover if you use out-of-network benefits. All clinicians offer a sliding fee scale for those in financial need.
