Elise is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bethel University in Minnesota. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Indianapolis, along with a certificate in Aging Studies. During her time as an undergraduate, Elise was a member of the Swim and Dive team and served as a Campus Minister for the campus Catholic organization.
Elise has a clinical interest in working with individuals experiencing trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges, including couples, families, and college students. She has received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is certified to provide Telehealth services.
In her free time, Elise enjoys staying active through workouts, reading, crocheting, and hosting dinner parties. Her perfect day would include time at her hometown beach with her sisters, a good book, and a UV of 12.
Elise is an intern working under the supervision of Kenna Millea, MA, LMFT (MN #3598).
Paying Privately
When not utilizing insurance benefits, sessions with Elise are $50 per hour. Payment may be made by cash, check or major credit card.
Insurance
When utilizing insurance benefits, sessions will be billed at $200 for the initial session and $160 for all subsequent sessions. Elise is currently an in-network provider with the following insurance payers:

We can provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for receiving out-of-network benefits; we cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance. To offer you privacy and simplicity, we accept HSA/FSA credit cards, accept all major credit cards, as well as cash or checks. Please check with your insurance provider to find out the portion of session fees they cover if you use out-of-network benefits. All clinicians offer an income-suggested sliding fee scale for those in financial need. Please contact your clinician to discuss your options.
