To connect with Nicole,
contact Kenna Millea:
Nicole is completing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bethel University. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in Psychology and Catholic Studies. Nicole has a strong interest in the intersection between mental and spiritual well-being and the ways authentic relationships with others and Christ can bring true healing. She believes being truly seen and known by others and Christ is transformative.
Through her own struggles, Nicole realized the necessity of addressing one’s spiritual and mental well-being and felt called to serve others in this way. She believes humor is healing, and authentic joy can be found amid great suffering. Her clinical interests include eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, and grief.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys finding new coffee shops, playing with her dog, spending time with loved ones, and playing guitar. Her happy place is at the lake with a cup of coffee and a great book.
Nicole is an intern working under the supervision of Maggie Hartzheim, MA, LMFT (MN #2431).
