Will Johnson
Clinical Intern
Available for sessions virtually or in-person at the Minneapolis location
To connect with Will,
contact Kenna Millea:
Will is completing his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business at the Carlson School of Management with degrees in Marketing, Supply Chain and Operation. During college, he encountered a campus ministry organization and left his business school nets behind to serve as a missionary for Saint Paul’s Outreach for seven years.
As a campus missionary during the pandemic, Will saw the need for increased mental health care, as well as the invaluable role that interpersonal relationships play in one’s life. Will believes a person thrives when living in relationships and from their true self. This led him to a clinical interest in systemic thinking, Internal Family Systems and Bowenian concepts. Will is particularly interested in supporting clients who are facing depression, anxiety, loneliness, and pornography addiction.
Will lives in the St. Paul area with his wife and three children. In his free time, Will enjoys cooking and meal prepping, a nice bike ride, and searching for a consistent fishing spot. His goal is to make it to the Mediterranean one day and catch the fish that swallowed Jonah.
Will is a clinical intern working under the supervision of Maggie Hartzheim, MA, LMFT (MN #2431).
