Addy Diaz is Masters Level Clinician seeking advanced licensure as a Licensed Practicing Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Addy holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. Addy is passionate about integrating the truths of the Christian faith and the realities of mental health for a holistic understanding of the person.

In the past decade, Addy has worked in marketing and served as a Youth Minister in the Twin Cities. During her time in ministry, she recognized the need for counselors that provided a safe place for therapy that is grounded in the Catholic faith. Because of this background, Addy has worked with children, teens, young adults, and families. Addy takes an Internal Family Systems approach to therapy. She is focused on finding the root of a problem, attending to it in the present, and providing skills to cope in the future.

In her free time, Addy enjoys spending time with friends, brewing kombucha, gardening, and playing music.

Addy is an intern working under the supervision of Kenna Millea, MA, LMFT (MN #3598) and Ben Baker, MA, LMFT (MN #4240).
