Sarah Subler
Clinical Intern
Available for in-person or virtual sessions
Sarah is completing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Divine Mercy University. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in Information, Communications, & Technology and has minors in English and Italian. With a communications background, Sarah has a strong interest in interpersonal relationships and how they can help us to grow, how they challenge us, and how they can heal us.
After college Sarah moved to Minnesota to serve as a college campus missionary with Saint Paul’s Outreach at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas. In working with students, Sarah encountered her own and many others’ struggles with mental health and felt a call to serve the Church through an integration of mental health and spirituality. Sarah believes that a person who thrives is one who has an integrated sense of self; body, mind, and spirit. She has clinical interest in anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relational issues, infertility, and grief.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, hosting friends for a game night, crocheting, and watching period dramas. Her perfect day would include a charcuterie picnic in a park or a walk to her favorite coffee shop with her family.
Sarah is an intern working under the supervision of Kenna Millea, MA, LMFT (MN #3598) and Ben Baker, MA, LMFT (MN #4240).
